These terms cover the public website at tranvoro.com. They are not the terms of the Tranvoro platform. Use of the product, and any pilot, is governed by a separate written agreement.
Using this site
You may read this site, and you may share links to it. Please do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it or to any system behind it, or use automated tools in a way that degrades it for other people.
What is on this page
The site describes Tranvoro as it exists today. The section titled "What Tranvoro doesn't do yet" is part of that description and should be read alongside the rest.
Nothing on this site is an offer, a quotation, a warranty or a commitment to deliver a particular feature by a particular date. Anything we agree with you will be in writing.
Pilot requests
Sending a pilot request starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, oblige us to accept you into a pilot, or oblige you to proceed. Pilot terms — including scope, duration and any fees — are agreed in writing before a pilot starts.
Availability
We keep this site up as best we can, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of error, and we may change or remove any part of it.
Content and trade marks
The text, design and logo on this site belong to Tranvoro. You may quote or link to the site with attribution; please do not reproduce it wholesale or use the Tranvoro name or mark to suggest an association that does not exist.
Links out
Where this site links to somewhere else, we are not responsible for what is there.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your reliance on information published on this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
