Privacy policy
This policy covers the public website at tranvoro.com. It is deliberately short, because the site does very little with personal data.
What this website collects
There is exactly one place on this site where you can give us personal information: the pilot request form. If you submit it, we receive the fields you filled in.

We also record which page the request came from, so we know where enquiries originate. That is a short label such as website-landing — not a profile of you.
What this website does not do
- It sets no cookies.
- It loads no third-party scripts, fonts, tag managers, chat widgets, advertising pixels or analytics vendors. Everything the page needs is served from tranvoro.com.
- It does not build an advertising profile of you, and it does not sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.
- It does not track you across other websites.
The page contains a small internal measurement layer that counts anonymous interactions — for example, that a section was scrolled into view or that a form was submitted. It holds no identifier, sets no cookie and never records the values you type. It uses session storage only to avoid counting the same section twice in one browser tab; those event flags are removed when that tab session ends.
Technical request data
The website's static-file configuration does not write an access log. When you submit the pilot form, the intake endpoint records the source IP address and browser user-agent in a security audit record alongside the request. We use that technical data to protect and troubleshoot the intake service.
Why we may use your information, and for how long
We use what you send through the pilot form for one purpose: to reply to you about a Tranvoro pilot and to have that conversation. We do not add you to a newsletter or a marketing sequence.
The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
No automatic deletion schedule is currently configured for pilot enquiries. We keep them only while needed to handle the enquiry and retain an appropriate business record. You can ask us to delete yours.
Who else sees it
Your request is stored in Tranvoro's own systems, hosted on infrastructure we operate, and it is read by the people at Tranvoro who handle pilot conversations. Email you send to us is handled by our email provider. We do not pass your details to advertisers, data brokers or resellers.
Product data is different
This policy is about the website. If you go on to run a pilot, the data you and your customers put into the Tranvoro platform is handled under the written pilot agreement, which sets out how we process it on your instructions.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our using it. Write to hello@tranvoro.com and we will deal with it. If you are in the UK or the EEA and you are not satisfied with how we handle a request, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
